   About Composition:  
Vitamin B12
helps keep your body's blood and nerve cells healthy and helps make DNA,
the genetic material in all of your cells. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent megaloblastic
anemia, a blood condition that makes people tired and weak.

Alpha Lipoic Acid
used to manage and treat chronic diseases associated with oxidative stress,
such as diabetic neuropathy, and slow down the onset of metabolic syndrome
by acting as an antioxidant.

Benfotiamine
nerve damage caused by diabetes (diabetic neuropathy). It is also used for alcohol use disorder,
Alzheimer disease, arthritis, and other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to
support most of these uses.

Myo-Inositol
insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, PCOS and those with
or at risk of gestational diabetes. Elevated levels of glucose reduce myo-inositol levels in tissues
and increase its breakdown and elimination via the kidneys.

Folic Acid
treat or prevent folate deficiency anaemia. help your baby's brain, skull and spinal cord develop
properly in pregnancy, to avoid development problems (called neural tube defects) such as spina bifida.

Chromium
Chromium is used to harden steel, to manufacture stainless steel (named as it won't rust) and
to produce several alloys. Chromium plating can be used to give a polished mirror finish to steel.

Vitamin B6
important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune
system healthy. Food sources of vitamin B-6 include poultry, fish, potatoes, chickpeas,
bananas and fortified cereals.

Zinc Sulphate
Medically it is used along with oral rehydration therapy. It acts as a coagulant in the production
of rayon. It is used as a preservative for leathers. It is used in zinc electroplating as an electrolyte.
