Lactobacillus Acidophilus
acidophilus is found in some dairy products, such as yogurt, and is commercially
added to many foods. People commonly take acidophilus to treat a type of vaginal
inflammation (bacterial vaginosis) and digestive disorders, as well as to promote the
growth of good bacteria.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Various health effects are well documented including the prevention and treatment
of gastro-intestinal infections and diarrhea, and stimulation of immune responses
that promote vaccination or even prevent certain allergic symptoms.

Lactobacillus Reuteri
Probiotics are used to improve digestion and restore normal flora. Probiotics have been
used to treat bowel problems (such as diarrhea, irritable bowel), eczema, vaginal yeast
infections, lactose intolerance, and urinary tract infections.

Lactobacillus Plantarum
L. plantarum has been applied in medical fields for the treatment of various chronic and
cardiovascular diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, diabetes, obesity, cancer,
hypertension, urinogenital complications, liver disorders, etc.

Lactobacillus Casei
balancing the gut microbiota, improving gastrointestinal dysfunction, preventing
infection and cancer, and modulating inflammatory and immune responses

Lactobacillus Fermentum
Gram-positive bacterium belonging to Lactobacillus genus, and many reportedly to
enhance the immunologic response as well as prevent community-acquired
gastrointestinal and upper respiratory infections.

Bifidobacterium Bifidum
B. bifidum for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and respiratory infections.
It is also used for eczema, constipation, diarrhea, and many other conditions,
but there is no good scientific evidence to support many of these uses.

Fructo-Oligosaccharides
constipation, obesity, diabetes, travelers' diarrhea, high cholesterol, and many other conditions,
but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. Don't confuse prebiotics with
probiotics. These are not the same.
