Lactobacillus Sporogenes
Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a probiotic. It works by restoring the balance of good
bacteria in the intestine that may get upset after antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.

Lactobacillus Rhamnosus
Various health effects are well documented including the prevention and treatment of gastro
-intestinal infections and diarrhea, and stimulation of immune responses that promote
vaccination or even prevent certain allergic symptoms.

Bifidobacterium Bifidum
bifidum for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and respiratory infections. It is also used for eczema,
constipation, diarrhea, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to
support many of these uses.

Bifidobacterium Longum
protect the intestinal epithelial barrier and tissue structure and balance the gut microbiota
to alleviate the symptoms of colitis [28]. Moreover, Bifidobacterium can secrete a variety of
active metabolites

Fructo-Oligosaccharides
constipation, obesity, diabetes, travelers' diarrhea, high cholesterol, and many other conditions,

probiotics. These are not the same.

Stretococcus Thermophilus

People use S. thermophilus for diarrhea, constipation, colic, and many other conditions,

Lactobacillus Clausli
Bacillus clausii is a beneficial probiotic that aids in curing gastrointestinal infections caused
by Helicobacter pylori bacteria. This bacterium has proven to be an effective alternative for
