    About Composition:   
Myo-Inositol
Myo-inositol should be considered in patients with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome,
type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, PCOS and those with or at risk of gestational diabetes.
Elevated levels of glucose reduce myo-inositol levels in tissues and increase its breakdown
and elimination via the kidneys.

D-Chiro Inositol
D-chiro-Inositol has been widely used in clinical practice to induce ovulation in women
with polycystic ovary syndrome. Only recent evidence established that this molecule acts
through two different mechanisms, with potentially different outcomes.

Chromium
Chromium is used to harden steel, to manufacture stainless steel (named as it won't rust)
and to produce several alloys. Chromium plating can be used to give a polished mirror finish to steel.

Vitamin D3
How to use Vitamin D3. Take vitamin D by mouth as directed. Vitamin D is best absorbed
when taken after a meal but may be taken with or without food. Alfacalcidol is usually taken with food.

L-Methylfolate
It is used to prevent and treat the low levels of folic acid in the blood during certain health
conditions (anaemia, pregnancy, inadequate diet, surgery recovery). Its deficiency occurs
mainly due to insufficient diet, low absorption of food or increased folate use in the body (in pregnancy).
