The mushroom proteins comprise all essential amino acids mandatory for humans.
Besides, these comprise many nutritional components such as iron, phosphorus,
and vitamins like ascorbic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and ergosterol [6].

Ashwagandha (withania somnifera)
The principal withanolides extracted from W. somnifera in India were withanolide D
and withaferin A which exhibited antitumor and cytotoxic properties (19). In addition
to alkaloids, the plant also consisted of steroids, saponins, phenolics, flavonoids,
phytophenols, and glycosides (20-23).
Safed Musli (Asparagus Adscendens)
The tubers of the plant contain free sugars 7.56%, Mucilage 8.12%, Hemicellulose 20.15%,

Kali Musli (Curculigo orchioides)

Jeera Safed (Cuminum Cyminum)
