Methylcobalamin
prescribed for people suffering from a deficiency of vitamin B12.

Benfotiamine
nerve damage caused by diabetes (diabetic neuropathy). It is also used for alcohol use disorder,
Alzheimer disease, arthritis, and other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to
support most of these uses.

Inositol
Inositol might balance certain chemicals in the body to help with mental conditions
such as panic disorder, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Carotene
for good vision and eye health, for a strong immune system, and for healthy skin and mucous membranes.

L-Glutamine
It also helps your immune system function and may be needed for normal brain function
and digestion. You can usually get enough glutamine without taking a supplement because
your body makes it and you get some in your diet.

Biotin
Your body needs biotin to metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and amino acids, the building blocks
of protein. Biotin is often recommended for strengthening hair and nails, and it's found in many

L-Methylfolate
It is used to prevent and treat the low levels of folic acid in the blood during certain
