  About Composition:
L-Arginine

L-arginine is an amino acid that helps the body build protein. Your body usually makes
all the L-arginine it needs. L-arginine is also found in most protein-rich foods, including
fish, red meat, poultry, soy, whole grains, beans and dairy products. As a supplement,
L-arginine can be used orally and topically.

Melatonin
Melatonin can be used to treat delayed sleep phase and circadian rhythm sleep disorders
in the blind and provide some insomnia relief. Treat melatonin as you would any sleeping
pill and use it under your doctor's supervision.

Omega 3 Fatty Acid
Omega-3 fatty acids help all the cells in your body function as they should. They're a
vital part of your cell membranes, helping to provide structure and supporting interactions
between cells. While they're important to all your cells, omega-3s are concentrated in high
levels in cells in your eyes and brain.

Vitamin D3
D3 Must 60K tablet is used for treatment and prevention of vitamin D and calcium deficiency.
It is also used as an adjuvant for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis and bone disorders.

Vitamin E
It has numerous important roles within the body because of its antioxidant activity. Oxidation
has been linked to numerous possible conditions and diseases, including cancer, ageing,
arthritis and cataracts; vitamin E has been shown to be effective against these.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
vitamin C for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It helps the
body make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments,
and blood vessels. Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining
bones and teeth.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
Vitamin B1, also called thiamine or thiamin, is one of 8 B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body
convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which the body uses to produce energy.
These B vitamins, often referred to as B-complex vitamins, also help the body metabolize fats and protein.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) is important for normal brain development and for keeping
the nervous system and immune system healthy.

Folic Acid (Vitamin B9)
Folic acid is crucial for proper brain function and plays an important role in mental and
emotional health. It aids in the production of DNA and RNA, the body's genetic material,
and is especially important when cells and tissues are growing rapidly,

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)
It's used to treat and prevent vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia (when you have low levels of
this vitamin in your body). Your body requires vitamin B12 to make red blood cells. You can
get it from your food or supplements, but sometimes there may not be enough vitamins in what you eat.

Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate)
playing a role in the breakdown of fats and carbohydrates for energy, vitamin B5 is
critical to the manufacture of red blood cells, as well as sex and stress-related hormones
produced in the adrenal glands, small glands that sit atop the kidneys.

Calcium Carbonate
Treats heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, or other conditions caused by too much stomach acid.
It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. It belongs to a group of medications called
antacids. It may also be used to increase calcium levels in your body.

Magnesium Aspartate
used to prevent and treat low amounts of magnesium in the blood. Some brands are also
used to treat symptoms of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset, heartburn,
and acid indigestion.

Iron
Iron is used to make alloy steels like carbon steels with additives such as nickel, chromium,
vanadium, tungsten, and manganese. These are used to make bridges, electricity pylons,
bicycle chains, cutting tools and rifle barrels. Cast iron contains 3–5% carbon. It is used
for pipes, valves, and pumps.

Selenium
Selenium supplements are promoted to offer several benefits, including boosting immune function,
improving hair and nail health, and supporting a healthy thyroid. They are sometimes combined
with other antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin E or C.

Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide)
Niacinamide, also called nicotinamide, is a form of vitamin B3. It's found in many foods including meat,
fish, milk, eggs, green vegetables, and cereals. Niacinamide is required for the function of fats and
sugars in the body and to maintain healthy cells.
