Harad (Terminalia chebula)
Harad (Terminalia chebula) can be used to manage various dental problems such as dental caries due to
its antibacterial activity. Harad shows antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus mutans
(dental caries-causing bacteria) and reduces further infection

Dalchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
It is used in flatulent dyspepsia, dyspepsia with nausea, intestinal colic and digestive atony associated with cold &
debilitated conditions. It is used for relieve nausea and vomiting, and because of its mild astringency it is particularly used
for infantile diarrhea

Saunth (Zingiber officinale)

Vavidang (Embelia ribes)
