About Composition: 
Ashwagandha
alkaloids (isopelletierine, anaferine, cuseohygrine, anahygrine, etc.),
steroidal lactones (withanolides, withaferins) and saponins

Draksha
catechin, epicatechin, beta-sitosterol, ergosterol, jasmonic acid,glucose,
fructose, galactose, mannose, arabinose, rhamnose, tan- nic acid, mallic acids.

Shatavari
steroidal saponins known as shatavarins, oligosaccharides, mucilage, isoflavones,
alkaloids, flavonoids like rutin and quercetin and sterols such as sitosterols.

Punarnava
Punarnava is a treasure trove of nutrients like proteins, vitamin C, sodium, calcium,
iron and bioactive components like punarnavoside, serratagenic acid, hypoxanthine
9-L-arabinofuranoside, boeravinone A to F, liriodendron, ursolic acid, and oleanolic acid.

Vidari-kanda
Tuberosin, 4-methoxypuerarin, hydroxytuberosone, quercetin, biochanin A, biochanin B,
irisolidon, tectoridin, robinin, and glycoside are some of the other flavonoid chemicals found
in the tuber.

Bhringraj

Kaunch Beej

Some notable anthraquinones are alizarin, purpurin, and rubicordifolin.

Ram Tulsi

Pippali
