Calcium Citrate Malate
It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss
(osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid
gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany).

Vitamin D3
maintaining bone health, support the health of the immune system, brain, and nervous system.
It also regulates insulin levels and is also important for a healthy heart and blood vessels.

Folic Acid
help your baby's brain, skull and spinal cord develop properly in pregnancy, to avoid
development problems (called neural tube defects) such as spina bifida.
