Meshashringi

Jamun beeja 
The powder of the seeds of Jamun is highly beneficial in reducing the blood sugar level. It promotes digestion
and is effective for a healthy heart and liver. It is also essential for maintaining bone health, blood dysentery,
hoarseness, bilious diarrhoea, bed wetting in children and excessive urination in adults. 

Bijaka (Asana)
As per Ayurveda Bijaka is Kashaya (astringent) and Tikata (bitter), which have a cold potency and are used
to treat various disorders like Parmeha (diabetes), Kustha (skin disorder), Medo Roga (obesity), etc.

Daruharidra
berbamine, Berberine, oxycanthine, epiberberine, palmatine, dehydrocaroline, jatrorhizine and columbamine etc.

Methi
