  About Composition:   
Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera)
Ashwagandha, or Withania somnifera, is an herb native to Asia and Africa.
Also called “Indian ginseng,” It's been used in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine
for thousands of years to ease pain and inflammation, treat insomnia,
and boost nutrition, along with other conditions.

Jatamansi Extract (Nadrostachys jatamans)
The root has been medically used to treat insomnia and blood, circulatory, and
mental disorders. Some preparations of the plant have been used as a heptotonic,
cardiotonic, analgesic, and diuretic in the Unani system of medicine.

Tulsi Extract (Ocimum sanctum) 
Ocimum sanctum (family Lamiaceae), commonly known as Holy Basel or Tulsi,
is an annual herb that has been used in the Indian traditional system of medicine
for hundreds of years. The leaves of this plant have been traditionally used in coughs,
colds, asthma, and bronchitis.

Arjuna Extract (Terminalia arjuna)
Terminalia arjuna, commonly known as arjuna, belongs to the family of Combretaceae.
Its bark decoction is being used in the Indian subcontinent for anginal pain, hypertension,
congestive heart failure, and dyslipidemia, based on the observations of ancient physicians for centuries.

Mandukapani Extract (Centella asiatica)
It was used to heal wounds, improve mental clarity, and treat skin conditions
such as leprosy and psoriasis.

Shatavari Extract (Asparagus racemosus)
People use asparagus racemosus for upset stomach (dyspepsia), constipation, stomach spasms,

Shankhpushpi Extract (Convolvulus prostratus)
Shankhpushpi has been used traditionally as a brain tonic and is believed to help a wide range of issues.
It is believed to have demonstrated potential for anxiolytic, relaxant, and anti-obsessive effects,
as well as nootropic effects.

Sarpgandha Extract (Rawvolfia serpentina)
Sarpagandha is taken from the root of a plant named Rauvolfia serpentina or Indian snakeroot,

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
